If you would like Verto to delete personal data associated with your interactions with our service, please follow the request process below.

To help us locate your records, please include as much of the following as possible:
- Your full name, if available.
- Your Facebook or Instagram handle or username.
- The channel you used to contact Verto.
- The approximate date or time of your interaction.
- Any message screenshots or reference details that help identify the record.
3. What We May Delete
Depending on the request and applicable law, we may delete or anonymize:
- Stored support messages and local thread records.
- Associated labels, notes, and follow-up records.
- Locally stored external identifiers used for support operations.
4. What We May Retain
In some situations, we may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, financial recordkeeping, or audit obligations.
5. Processing Time
We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within 7 to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the request and any legal obligations that apply.
